ORDER AND DELIVERY

When we receive your order on our website, you will receive a receipt at the e-mail address you have provided in connection with the purchase, containing information about your order. For all purchases applies, that the order is not finally accepted before you receive an email confirmation containing an approval and a tracking number for your order. Only at this time has a binding contract been formed regarding the sale of products for delivery.

Should we, against our expectations, not be able to meet your order, we are not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause to you or others. We may not be able to accept an order if: a) the ordered product is out of stock, or b) there has been a problem associated with the authorization of your chosen payment method.

Klikkit offers the following delivery options (including courier, delivery time and prices) in Denmark:

GLS Packing Shop - 1-3 business days delivery time - 25 DKK per order

GLS Private Delivery - 1-3 business days delivery time - 30 DKK per. order

We reserve the right to make changes or updates at any time in our delivery terms.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility, and we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices on the Danish website are listed in DKK including Danish taxes, customs duties and VAT.

In our e-shop you have the option to pay with the following payment methods:

- Paypal

- Visa

- MasterCard

If you choose to pay by debit card, you are protected from abuse, as you have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary.

The payment data you send in connection with purchases of items on Klikkit paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only e-Pay has the ability to read them. Neither Klikkit nor anyone else has access to this data.

Payment is withdrawn from your account only when the products are shipped from our warehouse. At the same time, we will send you an email containing a tracking information. In case we deliver your total order in multiple consignments, payment will not be charged until the last part of the order has been shipped.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

You have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@justklikkit.com

Once you have received the email with the tracking information on your items, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. Then you can take advantage of the right to withdrawal.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase without justification within 30 days. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the date on which you (or one of you specified third party, but not the carrier) receives the goods in physical possession.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform your decision to withdraw this agreement in an unambiguous statement. The declaration must be sent to us via support@justklikkit.com or at the following address:

The cancellation deadline is met if you submit your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If you like, you can use the standard form at the bottom of this section.

The consequence of the cancellation is that we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date we have received notice of your decision to cancel your purchase pending receipt of your return of documentation that your return has been shipped.

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. The frieze is respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14 days.

We recommend that you use the return label you received in connection with the order. If you have lost this, please contact us at support@justklikkit.com to receive a new one. If the return label is not used, return shipping is at your own expense.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the goods.

LIMITED WARRANTY

A 24 month limited warranty is granted for purchases made at our e-shop under Danish Law. The limited warranty means that you can complain about defects in the product until 24 months after the purchase. It is a prerequisite that such deficiencies have not occurred as a result of your improper use or other injurious use of the product. If the claim is warranted, you can either get the item exchanged, the money back, or a discount in the price depending on the specific case.

You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the shortcoming. Complaints within 2 months after the purchase date are always considered timely.

If you want to advertise a product, please contact us at support@justklikkit.com. Describe the issue of the product as extensively as possible, and include the order number or receipt.

Against documentation, we refund reasonable shipping costs when returning the item, when the complaint is warranted, and if it is necessary to return the original product. However, we recommend that you use the return label you received in connection with the order. If you have lost this, please contact us at support@justklikkit.com, to receive a new one.

REFUND

Once we have processed your order return on our warehouse, we will send an email confirming that we have received your return. You will also receive a confirmation that we have processed your return - including examining whether the item is in such a condition that we can pay the refund for the returned item, including, only if applicable, shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the purchase amount for the items you have returned. The payment will automatically be transferred to the payment card you used to purchase within 1-2 days (note that some banks have longer processing time). A receipt for the refund will be sent to the e-mail address you mentioned in connection with the purchase.

We make the refund with the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

If you have contacted both card issuer and bank and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@justklikkit.com.

CHANGE IN ORDERS

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been submitted. You have the opportunity to cancel the order (see more under "CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER") and submit a new order.

YOUR INFORMATION (user-generated content)

You are responsible for ensuring that the information we have about you in our systems or that you provide in connection with an order including address, email, payment information, etc. are updated and correct so that we have the opportunity to complete your order and contact you if necessary.

This document describes our current privacy policy and personal information collected from you through the website and through our services.

The term "personal information" refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, date of birth, e-mail address or postal address, phone number or payment information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The HabLab ApS, Silkegade 8, DK-1113 Copenhagen, CVR No. 39 48 18 63 ("HabLab") is the data controller of all personal information collected by us in relation to any of our services. 

Any personal information is provided by you on a voluntary basis and it is stored in secure HIPAA/GDPR compliant servers. When accepting this Privacy Policy, or giving other consents, you agree that your personal information is collected, stored, processed, used or disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy, including for legitimate business purposes such as the purpose of making contact with you, responding to your requests for information, or for other purposes indicated by you, as well as for the protection of our own legitimate business interests.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT - WEBSITE

On our website, we may collect and process the following information:

WHEN BROWSING:

i. Cookies, if accepted, through your journey and use of our website. See the Cookie Policy for details.

ii. Any questions, suggestions and comments sent to us via our services.

iii. Information relating to transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to the services provided.

i. User credentials such as usernames, email address, names and other inputs that you have keyed in. 

ii. Information on activities and/or medication that you enter in the application as part of setting up and/or following a schedule.

iii. Information of the extent of which users comply with the activity’s schedule.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - WEBSITE

The primary purpose for collecting, storing, using and disclosing your personal information on our website is to be able to supply you with the items you have ordered.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

i. To manage and improve the website, cf. our Cookie Policy

ii. To enable you to use the available services on the website, including browsing and making a purchase through the website, and to notify you of changes in our services.

Note: If you submit a product review it may, with your consent, be published on the website or other platforms, and you must carefully consider before submitting any personal information.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION – APPLICATION

The primary purpose for collecting, storing, using and disclosing your personal information in our app is to be able to provide you with our product and service, including to let you administer your use of the services.

Other purposes for processing your personal information are described below:

i. To collect data across users, to present an aggregated result of experiences and use of the services on an anonymous basis.

ii. To provide personalized services according to individual profiles based on individually keyed in data processed by an algorithm

iii. To improve the services in terms of functionality and content.

iv. To establish and maintain communications with you as agreed with you, to process your comments and respond to any queries you may have, and to carry out surveys, studies and evaluations including statistical analysis.

v. To link, aggregate and cross-reference with other data in order to improve the services.

vii. To detect and prevent fraud, and to help safeguard the interests of The HabLab ApS and its users.

viii. To enforce or apply the Terms of Use and other agreements or to investigate potential breaches.

CONSENT

When you order goods in our webshop or sign up and use our application and accept this Privacy Policy, you consent to our processing of your personal data, as described herein.

If you do not agree with the processing of your personal information, as stated in this privacy policy, please do not use the website, webshop or application.

We may also use your personal information to notify you of any new products or services and special offers that we believe you may be interested in. However, you only receive these notices where you have specifically agreed to receive such notification either at the time of ordering, at the time of registration or otherwise. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at support@justklikkit.com. 

PROTECTION AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal data collected in our system is stored securely in HIPAA/ GDPR compliant servers. 

Focused on protecting your Personal Data, HabLab ApS will only pass information onto third parties if the applicable law on the protection of personal data allows this and in accordance with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

HabLab ApS may choose to use service providers (i.e. data processors acting only on instructions from HabLab ApS), some of which may be located outside of the region or country from where you reside, in order to provide technical support, services in the area of maintenance and development of the Services. 

You agree that The HabLab ApS uses the following parties to either process, store, collect or transfer your personal information:

i. The third parties providing technical support as data providers in relation to the maintenance of the website.

i. The third parties providing technical support as data providers in relation to the maintenance of the services.

ii. Third party service providers that assist The HabLab ApS as a data processor for sending communications to you.

iii. Any potential acquirer acquires or purchases of The HabLab ApS that processes your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

iv. Any governmental, administrative, judicial or regulatory authority to cooperate in cases, investigations and investigations conducted by such authorities or to comply with statutory requirements.

The above recipients may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), including in the United States and Canada, in which case HabLab ApS will ensure that contractual measures are in place, in accordance with applicable law.

Further, The HabLab ApS may disclose and/or use aggregated information and non-identifying information with third parties for further analysis, demographic profiling and other similar or related purposes. In such a case, the information will be completely anonymised and therefore not subject to this Privacy Policy.

SECURITY

Data handling and storage is done in accordance with HIPAA/ GDPR guidelines:

In order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information, we have introduced appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure the information we collect online.

We entered data processing agreements with all third-party vendors to ensure that they comply with our high standards, including security.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) and saved with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transfer over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% safe, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement further generally accepted industry standards.

The HabLab ApS keeps personal information only as long as necessary to satisfy the purposes for which it was collected, however, some personal information might be kept for a number of years to comply with legal requirements. Any personal information that is no longer needed is securely destroyed after two years (after inactivity).

YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

You may request us or a third party instructed by us to:

i. Provide information about your personal data is processed, about the purpose of the processing, categories of recipients of the data, and any available information about the source of such data.

ii. Correct, delete or block personal information that we or any third party directed by us has about you if these appear to be inaccurate or misleading.

iii. Revoke the consent you have given us to use your personal information at any time. If you have requested to receive information from us, such as Newsletters etc. and do not want to receive further information, you can easily choose not to receive further information from us by sending an email to support@justklikkit.com or signing up in the link that is in the newsletter.

If the personal information that we or a third party has instructed about us changes, please notify us of the change as soon as possible so that we can keep our records up to date.

We and our collaborating partners collect certain information through the use of cookies. The use of cookies may entail the processing of Personal Data (as defined in our Privacy Policy) and we, therefore, recommend that you also read our Privacy Policy above.

What are cookies and what types of cookies do we use?
